Purchase : Neon Love Life : "Tuesday Night"+ Love Control video
Formed in September of 2009, the women of Neon Love Life have spent every Monday and Tuesday night writing and rehearsing in the Broad Ripple neighborhood of Indianapolis, In.
Recorded between late 2010 and early 2011 at Queensize Twin Air Studios, Their debut album "Tuesday Night" is set for release in September of 2011.
Their first effort displays songs ranging from straight-forward, hook-infused rock (Whiskey, Lovers Lie, Indiana), teenage punk (Am Sun, Clark Street), to the more atmospheric, Ghost, an eerie yet abrasive ode to nostalgia, longing, and coming of age.
Lindsay Manfredi and Sharon Rickson are duo front women, alternating rhythm guitar and bass halfway through their live show and complimenting each other's distinctive vocal styles.
Tasha Blackman is every bit of the eccentric, energetic and wild drummer that she alludes and lends her manic vocals on the band's only cover, Teenage Werewolf.
Ashley Plummer supplies catchy and tasteful guitar licks which shine bright on tracks like Whiskey, Grounded, and Ghost.
From start to finish, Neon Love Life's debut album, Tuesday Night, is a blend of rock, punk, and pop with elements that show strength, artistic growth and represents a modern take on 90's rock.
Tuesday Night is an authentic first effort from a band that is unafraid to be themselves, refusing to identify with a single style or genre.

New single from Cheyenne Marie Mize!
Roaring Colonel Records is proud to announce the signing of Cheyenne Marie Mize. She will release her new EP, We Don't Need, on 10" vinyl and digital download on November 8th.

I would love it if you'd be willing to give a quick listen to the lead track on the new EP and maybe consider her for coverage on your outlet or keep her and the band in consideration as you're putting touring plans together for your artists in November through 2012.
